The Rochlin Organization is one of the area’s most experienced corporate real estate advisory firms predominantly serving real estate owners. Founder Adam Rochlin brings more than 30 years of experience representing the region’s most prominent owners of Class-A office buildings, helping to maximize overall asset value.
Our accomplished specialists have a long, successful history of ownership representation, acting as acquisition directors, leasing agents, property managers and/or in-house asset managers directly for some of the largest owners and most prestigious institutions in the region.
We create value for our clients through (i) our knowledge of the markets we serve, (ii) keen awareness of market conditions, (iii) our focus and experience in the local marketplace, (iv) through established relationships, and (v) by providing a comprehensive platform of exposure for each property we represent.
The goal of The Rochlin Organization is to maximize overall asset value for its clients. This includes understanding the owner’s initial investment criteria, leasing objectives, and operating costs. From this understanding, The Rochlin Organization develops an individually tailored marketing/asset management plan for maximizing value. This includes the positioning of the asset in the marketplace, identifying suitable prospects, creating customized marketing strategies, and managing all of the steps associated with the leasing process in a transparent manner.
Our Goal
In developing a comprehensive plan, our team evaluates market conditions, including prospective tenant relocations, occupancy rates in targeted areas, asking rental rates, proposed future developments, and all real estate trends. We then develop a comprehensive positioning and leasing program for the asset. Based upon this plan, The Rochlin Organization’s representatives are able to execute transactions in a seamless manner that all contribute to overall value creation.
